Chosen for exceptional character, wisdom, health, and their rare ability to complement the Sacred Wombs' extraordinary gifts, they are honored not as rulers or priests, but as living companions entrusted with the empire's most precious women. Each Arch-Sire serves as guardian, confidant, teacher, and emotional anchor, accompanying his assigned Sacred Womb through the tranquil rhythm of her life within the Garden Conservatories. Though they wield no political authority and seek no public acclaim, they are respected throughout the Dominion as embodiments of gentle strength, steadfast devotion, and selfless service. In a civilization where every order nurtures a different aspect of the Living Current, the Arch-Sires remind the people that the greatest acts of leadership are often quiet ones: protecting joy, cultivating trust, and helping the future flourish one life at a time.
Signature Design Element
The most personal feature of every Sire is the tattoo that spans his back. Applied during his full initiation into the order, it is unique to each individual and serves as both biography and identity. While all tattoos share a common visual language of flowing copper-like lines and geometric patterns inspired by the Living Current, no two are ever identical. The design incorporates symbols representing the Sire's origins, defining virtues, notable deeds, mentors, and sacred vows. The Creed

Aesthetic
The Sires are immediately recognizable by their striking blend of martial simplicity and ceremonial symbolism. Unlike the richly adorned priesthood of the Dominion, they wear only what is necessary, allowing their physique and personal honors to speak louder than ornamentation. Their attire evokes the timeless dignity of ancient warriors and philosophers rather than kings, emphasizing confidence, discipline, and virility.
At the heart of their attire is a single draped garment inspired by the classical Roman toga. Rather than enveloping the body, it is cut for freedom of movement. A broad length of finely woven ivory linen crosses diagonally over one shoulder, leaving the opposite shoulder and much of the chest exposed before wrapping around the waist. The fabric falls in elegant folds across the torso and back, creating a silhouette that is both ceremonial and practical. Copper embroidery traces the edges in subtle geometric motifs representing the Living Current, while the drape itself is secured by a polished copper brooch bearing the sigil of the Dominion.
Beneath the toga, each Sire wears close-fitting white shorts tailored for athletic movement. Reinforced with woven copper thread, they are durable enough for training and travel while remaining elegant in appearance. At the front is an ornate codpiece of sculpted leather and polished copper, designed not as armor but as a ceremonial emblem of masculine vitality and the sacred responsibility entrusted to the Sires. Every codpiece is individually crafted, with engraved patterns reflecting the bearer's achievements and personal history.
Their forearms are protected by fitted leather bracers, dark brown or oxblood in color, embossed with flowing Art Deco and classical motifs. Years of use leave them softened and worn, becoming deeply personal items that accompany a Sire throughout his life. Many carve small marks into the leather to commemorate important journeys, victories, or oaths fulfilled.
Footwear consists of sturdy leather sandals modeled after ancient legionary caligae. Thick soles provide stability on stone streets and mountain paths alike, while long leather laces wind elegantly around the calves before being tied just below the knees. The crisscrossing straps create a distinctive profile that has become synonymous with the order, giving every Sire a poised, statuesque appearance whether walking through a temple courtyard or standing in ceremonial formation.
